Dr. Bettina von Stamm is an original and visionary thinker in the field of innovation, who has focused on deepening understanding of innovation and the conditions in which it thrives since 1992.
In 2004 she founded the Innovation Leadership Forum (ILF), a Think & Do Tank dedicated to helping organisations understand and improve their innovation performance.
If there is something she is passionate about it is to engage and inspire her audiences, be they participants at conferences or corporate event, attendees of open or bespoke workshops, or participants of executive and post graduate programmes, throughout the world.
To support her work she has developed a number of tools, such as the Innovation Wave®, a tool for the facilitated assessment of innovation capabilities as well as two sets of picture cards.
